INTRODUCTION
The United Districts of Marcinesia (UDM) or as known as Marcinesia is split into different government system. There are two districts in Marcinesia called District Sakabuya and District Yobohanna. The District Sakabuya mainly is a Japanese ethnicity, and on the other hand the District Yobohanna mainly is a Korean. However both of the districts are able to speak English Language for the usual conversation.
The Government also set up that the traffic direction is in English Language instead of in their respective language (Japanese or Korean)
