Ediroth Conflict

The Ediroth Conflict is an ongoing Spectrum conflict between The Good Guys and an alliance formed by I Know Better Than You and Calumnius. The collapse of the Ediroth government caused the state to collapse into anarchy. Terrorist activity, which played a part in the Edirothi government's downfall, continued as different terrorist sects argued over control of the state.

First Action

Oldham Road, initially on its own, declared its intention to assist the Edirothi populace by invading and setting up an administration. Uncertain of Oldham Road's reasons behind invasion, Calumnius and I Know Better Than You decided to counter any actions made by Oldham Road. I Know Better Than You, using a nearby airbase in the Socialist Colony of Calumnius, cleared a strip in the jungle using napalm and landed troops to establish a base. Calumnius engineers and aviation specialists were also flown in and started to establish a small landing strip and command centre. Oldham Road found allies in Sherylannia and White-Rose creating The Good Guys. Oldham Road troops settled on the border of the Former Free Lands of Ediroth awaiting further action.

Currently

The war has so far resulted in near no military engagements between the two sides, the G6 Summit helped to maintain the status-quo. Terrorist activity has resulted in military casulities for I Know Better Than You when a helicopter was shot down while delivering supplies to the jungle airbase.

Sherylannian Cool Guy, Samuel L. Jackson proceeded to bomb Ediroth on 1st April 2007. His callous reasoning was that his movie needed more action. Sherylannia is awaiting response from the Alliance.
