Aqua Anu and the United Nations

Aqua Anu has only been a member of the UN for a short while. In its time it has voted on and proposed a few resolutions and polcies and has often stated its belifes about such subjects.

Purpose of Membership

The Queendom of Aqua Anu never really desired to join the UN because of the madatory enforcement policy but in light of the Second Hanover War, it felt it was needed. It also hoped to pass a resolution to ultimatley cripple and punish the efforts of The United States of Independent Hitmen. While this has proven no longer needed the majority of the Royal Parliament has felt the UN something that is vital.

Voting History

• Aqua Anu was absent for the UN Drug Act but would have opposed it and still strongly opposes it.
• Aqua Anu did not participate in the vote on Sexual Privacy Act but probably would have opposed it
• Aqua Anu abstained on Repeal "UN Educational Committee"
• Aqua Anu abstained on Continuity of Government
• Aqua Anu voted against Emigration Rights due to the problems it created for child refugees
• Aqua Anu abstained from Repeal "Free Education"
• Aqua Anu voted in favor the resolution regarding Radiological Terrorism
• Aqua Anu did not participate in the vote on Repeal "Hydrogen Powered Vehicles"
• Aqua Anu voted against the Repeal "UN Biological Weapons Ban"
• Aqua Anu did not participate in votes on UN Economics Prize, UN Bio Agent Convention, or Repeal "UN Patent Law"
• Aqua Anu voted in favor of Repeal "Sexual Freedom"
