Kooluk (formally The Corporate Imperial States of Kooluk) is a corporate nation consisting of seventeen individual states. The nation's government is Kooluk Corporation, which is run by a board of one elected member from each state; these board members are appointed every four years, and there is a formal vote within the board itself to appoint a CEO for the nation-corporation.
