Ameracadia is a large economically powerful nation. It's people are hard working, intelligent, stuborn, and very moralistic. Their main concerns are Law & Order, Defence, and Religion & Spirituality and they are very business friendly. The government decides what is socially acceptable for its citizens based mostly on its moralistic views and religious influences, but Political Liberties are Excellent. These views are enforced by elected Judiciary. Manditory two year military service is widely accepted. The Acadian Armed Forces receive advanced training, and are provided with state-of-the-art equipment.

Ameracadia lies on the great lakes. It's lanscape varies from low lying lakeland to mountainous. The climate is temperate, mostly covered by deciduous forests. Yearly temperatures range from -20 to 30 degrees Celcius.

History

Politics

The political spectrum includes the Conservative Party government, the National Liberal Party opposition, and the Green Party. The Fascist and Communist Parties were banned as disrespectful to human suffering and with inadequate membership for a national party. Vocal left-wing activist minorities are mostly ignored by the conservative population.
