Rudolf von Scheer

Currently the Grossadmiral for the Kriegsmarine of Dyelli Beybi. The one eyed, but intelligent von Scheer oversaw victory for the Socialist Rebels during the Dyelli Beybian Civil War at the decisive Battle of Cyro. Von Scheer also commanded the Dyelli Beybian expiditionary force during the Neo Tyr War. This latest conflict saw not a single shot fired in anger by Dyellian troops before the end of formal hostilities.

Despite numerous piracy scandals afflicting the Kriegsmarine during his Command, von Scheer himself has remained largely untouched, and is a well respected Commander.
