At 470 meters in height, the Imperial Telecom TV Tower is the second tallest structure in the entire Arch-Imperium. The Imperial Telecom TV Tower is also a beacon for the entire Xi'an Skyline. Even the great Dynastic International HQ doesn't raise itself as high as the TV Tower. Originally designed strictly to send out TV signals, the height didn't need to be that tall to work. However as designers were inspired by so many tall towers throughout the world, and saw that the tower could be a popular tourist destination as well as a TV tower. Thus they expanded the tower's original design to be a fully functional multi-entertainment facility.

The tower even has three full observation decks within the penta-spherical design. At the top of the highest observation deck is a rotating restaurant and even higher are the "Space Observation Decks" where spectators get a breathtaking view of the entire skyline and city of Xi'an.
