Navi Incorporated is made up of three subsidiaries, Riegaban Iron Works, HK Shipyards (Herioni and Kanutiri), and Chernyenko-Polenin Aircraft Ltd. The headquaters in located in Ethnemka in the Navi Tower.
History
Navi Incorporated originated as two companies, Riegaban Iron Works and Smith & Deiters. Riegaban Iron Works was formed shortly before WWII, where it served as a producer of steel for Smith & Deiters, as well as other companies during this period. Shortly after WWII ended Smith & Deiters made it public that they were going to dismantle their shipyards and aircraft hangars.
The Shipyards were saved by a brother and sister from Ethnemka, Li Herioni, and Aseli Kanutiri. They bought the shipyards and all associated buildings
