The Constitutional Council of Billopesha is the body that advises the Billopeshian Sovereign on the duties of the head of state and on constitutional matters. The council is reasonably powerful as both the privy council and constitutional court, performing the highest judicial functions.
The head post on the council is the Royal Chancellor who is a member of the Cabinet as Minister for Royal Affairs and Minister for Foreign Affairs appointed by the Grand Lord and comfirmed by the Government Senate. A member of the council is refered to as a 'Privy Counsellor' and each has a seat in the Grand Lord block of the Government Senate.
The council also has the major exclusive right to call for a no-confidence vote, held by the Senate, against the sovereign.
