30 Ghonznok Avenue is the largest residential building in Riegab. It is located in downtown Ethnemka, at 30 Ghonznok Avenue, where else but right next to the famed Smith & Deiters Tower. It towers over the city at 2,100 feet tall and 160 floors, and on top there is a 100 foot antenna array for broadcasting TV and radio waves, as well as a cell phone tower.
