Acoran Smith, also known as Ascot, was a major character in the War Aftermath/Exodus roleplay. His only child is the late Acoran Smith II.

The Legend

Early Life

Born in 2003, Acoran Smith was shunned by his parents (Ostorro and Parmine Smith) for his delusions de grandeur. Failing almost every class but coming out top in history, and later politics, he led an unpopular life (the scar on his cheek was inflicted by another student with a knife). Dropping out of school, he joined the Voluntary Army and became a prolific logistics advisor, studying famous battles and planning his own way through them. This would prepare him for the Farmina War, and his role in the aftermath.

Escape

Twenty-two years into his life, Random Kingdom lost its war, and the world collapsed around him. Desperate to save his nation, him and some of his friends from the VA formed a freedom-fighting cell. It was discovered by the Farminans occupying the nation, and Acoran (or Ascot as he became known) fled the nation via the subway tubes, along with a few of his colleagues, with the secret services in hot pursuit. Only Ascot survived the journey as the others were peppered with machine gun fire and crushed as the tunnels fell around them. From the other side Ascot began commanding the Ascot Exodus - a mass smuggling of RK citizens out of the nation.

Death?

Some time later, Acoran was smuggling his son, Acoran Jr., to stay with him. Acoran Jr., a youth who shared his father's love of tactics, was being hunted in Random Kingdom, and the secret services had already killed his mother. However, the SS were tailing Acoran Jr., and wished to use him to discover his father. The next week, the SS had found their hideout and forced their way in. Acoran hid his son in a trunk in the attic, and as the young Acoran Jr. watched from the trunk, an operative shot Acoran in the back of the head.

The Truth

As revealed by the casket found beside the body of Acoran Jr and the letter of admission from Acoran beside, proved by handwriting tests and Acoran's diary found in his Acoria apartment.

The Exodus

The Ascot Exodus never happened. Instead, masses of people were led under this pretence and executed by the Farmina-influenced Secret Service, under Acoran's rule.

Acoran Jr

When the state of RK turned in favour of the separatists, Acoran lied to his young son about taking him out of RK, chloroformed him, and took him into a specially prepared cottage in northern RK. He then staged his death with help from his division, deliberately left the locked casket containing the truth to Acoran Jr, and the key to Goman. In the event that Acoran Jr would hold a seat of power (which would be natural) Goman would give the key to Acoran. When he showed interest, he suggested the sewers, then lead Acoran Sr down with him. Acoran was found dead soon after, with a letter of confession from Acoran Sr.
