Admiral Picard is a small but growing nation, under the rule of the Borg, this planet was conquered in the late 25th centure by borg forces from the planet [Tresmius], and now is an official member of The New Borg Order, an organisation of nations with one aim - to assimilate every other nation, and rule the lands of nationstates. The planet is ruled by the former Admiral Picard, who was assimilated again in the early 25th century after the borg invasion of earth and conquering of the alpha quadrant, he still is referred to as Admiral Picard because the whole of the federation were assimilated and the borg found it efficient for the federation ranks to remain unchanged.
