Aerionian Diplomatic Service

The Aerionian Diplomatic Service, formally known as His Majesty's Diplomatic Service is the principal diplomatic arm of the Royal Government. It is under the supervision of the Royal Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The Diplomatic Service staffs the numerous diplomatic missions which are throughout the world, and beyond.

Foreign Service Personnel

Foreign Service Personnel fall into various categories.

Foreign Service Officers are on the front line of diplomacy, and represent the Grand Kingdom of Aerion. They also perform various consular functions. They are generally categorized into Consular, Public Diplomacy, Political, Economic, or Management responsibilities. These are often diplomatic officers.

Foreign Service Officers who are diplomatic officers in an embassy are ranked as: Third Secretary, Second Secretary, First Secretary, Counselor, Minister-Counselor, Permanent Representative, Ambassador.

Foreign Service Specialists are the support, and logistics personnel for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. This includes Office, Medical, Information Management, Security, and other roles.

Foreign Service Nationals are citizens of the nation which an embassy or consulate. is in which are hired to work for the embassy, or those from another country.
