Aerionian Visas are issued by the local consulate or in absent of one by the Bureau of Consular Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The Bureau of Consular Affairs has a website that visas may be ordered on, but the citizen must have valid electronic proof of identity and all documentation ready. It is most likely that some forms will need faxed as well. The citizen must also have obtained an passport from their government prior to applying for the visa, and submit proof of that.

Aerionian Visas contain a thin secure chip that will contain your information submitted for the duration of your stay. This is to confirm your identity and prevent falsification of papers.
