Albert Smithson was the Head of State of Andrehervia from the 6th March 1980 to the 12th November 1999. He was ousted in a bloodless coup led by Jim Southern. At present, he is believed to be behind the deaths of around 34,740,000 people. He disappeared during the coup and his current location is unknown, though he is believed to be in contact with the terrorist group Fascist People's Alliance.
