HIM Tsar Alexander I was the 79th ruler of Valeria, and the first man from House Borivich to ascend to the Valerian throne.

Early Life

Alexander I Feodorov was born in Borivich Selo to Feodor Borivich and Konstantina Meijidovna, a daughter of Tsar Meijis. From his mother's side, he is related to George the Great, the greatest Valerian emperor of all time, and various other successful rulers. This made him an heir to the throne after Meijis's two sons.
