Alexius IV "Schoolgirl Hammer" is one of the former emperors of [[Drunken Pagan Weirdos]], and is perhaps most famous for his legendary woman-luring skills. One day, when he was young, Alexius was watching MTV and saw an edition of TRL that took place on a beach. This inspired him to come up with the brilliant idea to host a beach party of his own, worthy of his status as the nation’s top playboy. This idea turned into the 1337 Socialist Beach Party, a weekly gathering on some of Drunken Pagan Weirdos’ more notorious beaches that generally culminates into an orgy of epic proportions. Today, this is an honored tradition (and a famous tourist attraction), held every Wednesday at a randomly determined location. Nobody knows where it will happen… it just does. You can bet that anybody who is anybody will be there.
