Biography
Alicia li'Wye was born in the Shadowside sector of Wye City. At Twenty, she joined the li'Illorin clan. She rose rapidly through the ranks in the confused years of the Clan Wars, and was a district commander at twenty-two. She was named High King at twenty-three, and has held the post for 85 Standard Years.
