South Pacific delegate and captain in the AA. However, even though Alpha C joined the Atlantic Alliance prior to becoming delegate, the situation was more that out of a native South Pacific delegate who only happened to be an Atlantic Alliance officer.
He ruled the South Pacific until July 14, 2003 when that nation was deleted for UN multying. As it turns out the player behind Alpha C was on vacation and left another player to upkeep his Nationstates account; this player was also a UN nation and the IP matchup triggered a positive multie response.
