The Ariddian Intelligence Service (or Service des Renseignements Ariddien, SERA), is the tiny, under-equipped governmental subdepartment in charge of Intelligence-gathering and counter-espionage.
Ariddia is a Third World nation, lacking the ressources necessary for an effective, globally active Intelligence service, but it does maintain agents in a number of countries, notably Uhuhland countries and the major world powers.
The purpose of SERA is purely defensive; it serves to prevent unwanted foreign interference in Ariddia, rather than to actively further Ariddian interests abroad.
SERA is indirectly run by the Ministry of Defence, and its headquarters are located in Rêvane.
