Auctor Stephanus is a member of the 16-person law enforcement group known as the Auctoritas. He is extremely private and shares little of his personal life with the public. He is a master of disguise and not only uses this in his work, but often goes out on personal business in costume. Many people aren't sure what he actually looks like at all. Stephanus is the eldest member of the Auctoritas.
