Bausin
More accurately described as a large town, Bausin is renowned as a the intellectual and artistic center of Sicinia Salis. Often, debate on science and philosophy is to be heard in one of its many sidewalk cafes, and artists painting the street scene in front of them is a common sight. Bausin is the location of Sicinia's largest artist colony, the Grauchard.
Like Ecole de Mer, Bausin is dominated by its college, the University of Bausin. It boasts excellent schools of Medicine, Business, and the Humanities.
