Belarus

Belarus is a small province in the northeast of Germanistan, a nation on Eden-IV, bordering Checkistan to the south and being surrounded by frozen no-man's land to the north and east. Belarus had once been independant, but Germanistan swiftly occupied the nation during in the aftermath of the Psion War as it's mountains offered a perfect site for the construction of a dam as powerplant - the EncoreWatt dam. Resistance groups have sprung up, but their resistance to Germanistan's iron fist has been futile, although they had covertly been supported by Checkistan until Germanistan forced that nation into submission aswell.
