History
Binsk was founded in 1109 by Duke Jurij Vladovich of Gulga and served as capital of the Wulgarian Kings Protectorate of Gulga until 1900 when it served as capital of the Soviet Wulgarian Protectorate of Gulga,it's now the capital of the Republic of Belarussian Wulgaria.
