On November 4th, 2006 at promptly 7:25 PM, two nations signed a pact that stated Central Sciacca and La provincia di roma would become an alliance. The alliance known as the "Blue and Gold Alliance" was born.

History of Admittances

• On November 14th, 2006, the "Blue and Gold Alliance" was sent a telegram by not one, but two nations (Heatley Bay and The Primeau Islands.) The telegram stated that they wanted to join the "thriving Alliance". The founding members called together their first "Admittance Meeting" in its history. Both were accepted.
