Bob DeBilldar

Bob DeBilldar, an ex-economics student, was one of the early revolutionaries of the Columbican People's Worker Liberation Front that fought in 1989 for freedom from the United Slavic Socialist Union. After a 3 month war the The United Socialist States of Columbica was founded.
DeBilldar was then named to the post of Comrade in Charge of Building Massive Plain Gray Concrete Cold War Era Office Buildings, effectively running the country's economy and major industry.
