Caer Agnau might be the Laatzenian name, but most people still call it Akaseia. Enduring a punishing siege during the Three Day's War, Akaseia was partly destroyed. However, unlike Kaetoreus, it had the rich benefactor of its conqueror, General Anton Poiret, who got the lands as baron and restored many of the original buildings.
Although it has been recently re-fortified and much of the local economy still depends on the military, Peter Poiret, nephew of the General, has done well encouraging farming, stock raising, and other pursuits to the area. There are also a fair number of silk weavers in the city, to take advantage of the dominant industrey across the border.
