Cairo is home to Fod Spaceport and the Vatican Memorial. Cairo is the official residence of the Emperor, Sacha. Rumoured to be hiding within the Imperial Plaza are ƒ and Antigone from the Fod Colonial fiasco on Earth. Nokona is held as prisoner in Cairo under unknown conditions. There also remains another guest whom has only been seen once: strolling on the imperial veranda at night. Aside from Sacha and Ludvik the only permanent residents of Cairo are the staff of the villa. Imperial House, Popular House and Hated House are also located here.
