The only Declassified information regarding the Capitol is the following.
Located on Plum Island of the Vineyard District. Coordinates are 37 Degrees North, 76 Degrees West. The Political Capitol of Fodmodmadtol, its actual function is undisclosed, and is the only land in the Federation restricted from unverified visits.
