Capital City is capital city of Havl. It is noted for its urban planning and over population. Capital City is the second-most populous city in Havl behind Harleston. Capital City is the home to Havl's largest airport and the center of the nation's underground train system. Located less than 50 miles from the southern coast of Havl, Capital City is surrounded to the west by the Belle River and to the east by the Rouge River. Capital City is home to the Capital City Erns of the HNHA heyball league.
