Centésai

Centésai is the capital city of The State of Vertosa. The city was founded by Amelia Deineage in January 2000. The name itself has no real meaning but the city is known throughout the Pacific as being a center of commerce and culture. It is home to the Vertosan Institute of Fine Arts, The Pacific Centre for Science and Technology and The University of Centésai which has pioneered research into metaphysics over recent years. The city is the seat of government for Vertosa and The Vertosan Empire.
