The Holy Empire of Colonneh

The Holy Empire of Colonneh is a very large, devout nation, remarkable for its complete absence of social welfare. Its hard-nosed, hard-working, cynical population of 82 million are kept under strict control by the oppressive government, which measures its success by the nation's GDP and refers to individual citizens as "human resources."
The large, corrupt, moralistic government is mainly concerned with Law & Order, although Religion & Spirituality and Commerce are secondary priorities. The average income tax rate is 30%, but much higher for the wealthy. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Retail industry, followed by Gambling and Furniture Restoration.
All news sources are under strict government control, protests are prohibited from blocking traffic, motorists must pay to enter inner-cities during peak hours, and government-run brothels can be found on every street corner. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is relatively low, thanks to the all-pervasive police force. Colonneh's national animal is the Wampa, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, and its currency is the Imperial Credit.
History
The Holy Empire of Colonneh was created on March the 10th and moved from the West Pacific to the Blood Gulch Chronicle Region. Later, Colonneh and Koresecon left Blood Gulch Chronicle region to invade the broken region of Blood Gulch. The invasion would have been successful had the founder(who's nation no longer exsists) not turned off the Delegate Regional control. Colonneh and Koresecon then returned back to Blood Gulch Chronicle.
