Crazy Horses IV
Crazy Horses IV was one of the most interesting nations whose name has forever been imprinted on many of the socialist regions of the game. Crazy Horses IV was the 'grand' rebirth of the user which originally took the handle "Democratic-Midgar" among others.

Pre-CH4
The City of London
The Nation Democratic-Midgar was founded in October 2005, after being introduced into the game by the player, originally known, as Nyrist. Democratic-Midgar and Nyrist climbed the ladder of the, then powerful, region City of London.
Differences began to emerge between two of the most powerful nations, Nyrist and the then CoL Foreign Affairs Minister, The Mighty Pump. The Mighty Pump accused Nyrist of having a second account called Vavaria; Vavaria was the first founder of Westminster. The Mighty Pump was right to believe this as it later emerged the Nyrist was attempting to gain power by creating this new region and pouch members from CoL. Nyrist denied this claim and countered Pump with a claim of slander. Pump contacted the administrators of NationStates and asked them to look into Nyrist and Vavaria - it was proven that there IP's were similar and that they were both the same player. As both were in the UN at the time they were both ejected from the United Nations.
The Mighty Pump Claimed innocence and afterwards won a sweeping victory to become delegate of the region, at this point with approximately 120 regions. This was the beginning of City of London’s downfall...
The "Great Purge"
Regime Change, the founder of CoL, realising that The Mighty Pump's position of power could be a disaster to the region, attempted to create a counter-balance and implemented Nyrist as the Head of The Court, CoL's only attempt of a governing body. Tensions grew and retorts were made until the straw broke on The Mighty Camel’s back, TMP ejected 15 members from the region, beginning with Nyrist - for disagreeing with him.
USK and Westminster
The Mighty Pump and Gidria left to form a new region, followed by a third dissident, Didgeridoos. This region was called USK, short for United Socialist Kingdom, the fact that this name was oxymoronic did not occur to any of them until the events in the Alliance of British Isles, but I digress. Myself, then as Democratic-Midgar and Nyrist helped to build up Westminster, Nyrist was not happy with this region and wanted to begin again, abandoning this British feel and creating a new region without any political standpoints, a region for all who wanted to join. This region was called TPE. I then created a new account for this new region, this account was called Crazy Horses IV.
Birth of an Age
TPE
The region built up to about 65 nations, by average amounts of recruiting by CH4 and Nyrist. It was up until this point before anything generally interesting happened, yet alone relevant. The fact that Nyrist had cheated by using two accounts without appropriate disclosure and the appearance of new nations which seemed to be on at the same times of day with similar viewpoints was not lost on Democratic-Midgar. Democratic-Midgar was ejected from the region for claiming that TPE’s new puppet delegate Slanashi was a puppet in more than a figitalife way and was in fact Nyrist controlling all the key points of power, including the paper/propogana writer Tabloski.
Crossing the Line
During a short lived period in TRR, The Mighty Pump sent a telegram to Crazy Horses IV, offering an invitation to USK. An offer to which Crazy Horses IV accepted, thus creating a new era.
USK kept growing and going, the organisation of the region was created, mainly by The Mighty Pump and Gidria; Crazy Horses IV participated in his first election in the region, securing the place of Military Commander, second in command of the USK army, then called Eagle Force under the command of Forgottia. USK's first mission was to liberate Hong Kong, from the control of the region Great Britain and Ireland (Commonly abbreviated to GB&I)
The mission was a success beyond all hopes and pathed the way for USK's ongoing path of becoming a major force in the defending community.
USK
The best days of our lives
USK, was one of the fastest growing regions of the game, and Crazy Horses IV's power in the region grew almost at the same time. He was promoted to member of the Supreme Court and took part in all of the major decisions regarding the region. After showing his amazing skills as a military officer and solider, he was rewarded and in his second election he rose to the position of Military General - the highest post of the USK Military and as such helped to collaborate with allies in The RLA and defeated invaders on a weekly basis.
The Battle of Palestine
The Real Story
The battle of Palestine was, up to this point in the games history, the single largest battle that had taken place on the game in an inactive region. It is rare, if not impossible, to find CH4 accredited for his actions in the battle of Palestine. This is how the battle came into accord.
Crazy Horses IV was having a great time in USK however he felt that these actions would be left forgotten and wanted to do something that would be remembered. GB&I had held the colony of Palestine for many weeks and CH4 decided that it was time to attack their imperialist enemies once and for all. Crazy Horses IV originally attended to attack all of the GB&I colonies at once but it was later decided to stick with one, simple, attack on Palestine.
Crazy Horses IV, in a Microsoft MSN conversation with Didgeridoos and Gidria, explained his ideas to his fellow Court Members to which they agreed. The RLA was contacted and a plan put into place. Crazy Horses IV was originally going to lead the battle under the puppet nation “Tree Lands” however he was unsure as to whether he would be able to make the 6AM GMT ‘move-out’ time and decided, instead, to give the lead to The Red Faction and his puppet “Workers Freedom.” This mission would have been a simple strike if it were not for him, he failed to meet the deadline and as such only a handful of USK and RLA troops were in the region with no one to endorse, The Mighty Pump took it upon himself to assume delegacy and the USK troops endorsed him – it was planned that we would wait out the 24 hours and take control the next day, however things took a turn for the worst…
Union of Sovereigns provided over 80 troops to help the GB&I forces maintain power of Palestine, to which The RLA, ADN, TITO and the EAA responded with a further 90, The Mighty Pump won with 100 to 84 and the battle was over. Crazy Horses IV ordered The Mighty Pump to leave the HMS and BBC puppet nations of GB&I and spare them from ejection, it was a request from GB&I that they could leave the region themselves and spare their dignity and honour however The Mighty Pump refused, disobeyed a direct order and boot the GB&I forces relentlessly. EuroSoviets and Pope Hope were quick to take credit of the victory, Crazy Horses IV – the original puppet master, was left in the dust.
The Beginning of the End

TPE was beginning to decline, at this time and was generally forgotten however it was not the last of the problems USK would face from the other sides.
Crazy Horses IV became delegate of the region in March 2005 and it can be argued he became the third most powerful nation in the region; which now contained about 200 nations.
The Seeds of War
This socialist paradise had a rotten core, however. When USK was admitted to the ABI things began to get sour. GB&I began to clash heads, understandably, with the new addition and the ABI forums was flamed on a daily basis, mainly by The Mighty Pump whose post counts rose into the thousands in a few weeks.
Crazy Horses IV had to take action when The Mighty Pump attempted to create an Anti-TPE pact by using his friends in the many organisations that USK was a part of. Crazy Horses IV successfully managed to stop the treaty by alerting his old friend Nyrist, who was now going under the name Rescatari. Rescatari attempted to join the ABI after a recommendation by CH4. This stopped the Anti-TPE pact from coming into existence and all was fine, for a while.
Doom
'Trials and Trivia'
Crazy Horses IV was trialled by USK; after all he had done for the region, as being a traitor – merely one week after applying to join the RLA Executive Committee. This was 9 months after he had joined the region. A vote of no confidence was held and he was found not guilty. He was not completely forgotten though, in September the founder Gidria was interviewed by The Mighty Pump and the subject of CH4 was mentioned:
ch4 (Crazy Horses IV) helped spearhead the battle of palestine. If he could of been slightly more loyal Im sure he would be with us today.
When USK finally became inactive and merged with another, Crazy Horses IV was mentioned… this was to be his last mention of all his efforts in USK that he dedicated part of his life to:
Crazy Horses IV - Was hand-picked to come to USK by The Mighty Pump. Held positions as Military General and Delegate. Always active and helpful but never trustworthy. In the end he left USK under pressure from the Mighty Pump after numerous treasonous remarks and actions.
CHONPS
At 21:08 on April 10th 2006 {GMT} - Crazy Horses IV established CHONPS (Crazy Horses' Official NationStates Protection Service.) CHONPS originally consisted of 7 nations all serving under CH4's command. These troops act as an independent army on NS, in other words mercs, (with CH4 as an ex-spetsnaz) which operate under contract from any organisation or region that is willing to offer a good bargin, such as peerages in regions or a promise to power in a region later on the line. CHONPS considers itself neutral from the politics of other alliances but given previous grievances we will have to see if this holds true.
Crazy Horses IV is back... and this time, it's personnal.
OK, that didn't go according to plan, but... Ireland better be prepared.
