USK is a large region and is well respected within the defender community. USK (United Socialist Kingdom, meaning Socialist UK) was founded on the 3rd of december 2004. USK has passed through periods of growth and stabitlity and is now in a temporary recession, although this is looking to lift soon. USK a proud member of the RLA.

USK's now long and tiring history

Co-founded by the The Mighty Pump and Gidria, USK came into existance after some nations such as the co-founders and Didgeridoos questioned the government installed in the City of London. Interestingly since USK has formed the City of London has shrunk dramatically. Gidria and Mighty Pump wanted independence and a new challenge and setting up a new region was a good way to start anew. USK grew quickly recuiting socailist nations like Josh04 and Warova to help USK grow. USK quickly solidified relations joining the RLA and the newly founded ABI and setting up alliances with Cuba and New Zealand.

USK gained almost 180 nations in just over 100 days, becoming USK well respected within the RLA and getting a good reputation as regional liberaters. USK's great recuiting efforts saw up and coming active nations such as Forgotia, Arashima, Nova Terra Australis and Crazy Horses IV join up and form the government of USK.

USK left the ABI after ideological differences with "Empire Builders", GB&I. The ABI almost immediately fell apart and the face off between regions culminated in the battle of Palestine, in which alomst 200 nations piled in to try and out-endorse each other. USK came out triumphant and liberated Palestine.

USK then had a reform of its structure, centered around a People's Assembly, which provided every willing member of USK with the ability to vote on anything.
