Crna Gora Liv Eng, a protectorate of Liverpool England, enjoys special status of having a seperate national Olympic entity from the mainland. This entity is the Regional Olympic Authority (Autorité Olympique Régionale de Crna Gora LivEng, abbreviated CNGOA (Crna Gora Olympic Authority)).

It oversees Crna Gora Liv Eng's Olympic and footballing participation, effectively doubling up as the Crna Gora Liv Eng Football Association despite the team only officially taking part in friendlies against Chacor and Liverpool England, and the Tri-Nation Footballing Series against the two. All Crna Gora Liv Eng nationals are also Liverpool England citizens by law, and may choose to represent either nation. There are no restrictions on changing nationality to represent the other nation except for the football team.

The current CNGOA President is Timoslav Hinedevic, and the CNGOA's headquarters are based in Cyclonesville, Western Territories, Liverpool England.
