David Barclay (born May 6, 1953) is a Felixan politician, currently the Junior Senator from Holmgren. Having held that post since 1997, he is also the current Progressive Liberal Party Senate Majority Leader. Barclay had reviously served as the mayor of Axlerona from 1991 to 1997. He is the current Progressive Liberal Nominee for President of New Felix.
