Devil's City\Angel's Music

Origin of the Name

When the city was first settled in the 1800s by The Dominion of Holyboy the city was named the Angel's Music, because the noice from the wind would create a plesent sound, using the wind as its air. As war started to break out, the city was captured by the Dictatorship of the 666s Well, you can imagine how well the name went over with the new population from the 666s coming into the city, so they renamed it the Devil's City, naming The Dominion of Holyboy as the Devil. This city went back and forth from Holyboy and the 666s, changing its name from The Devil's City to the Angel's Music each time. After a long period of this happening, the city held a town meeting on March 17 1879 do discuss a permanent name. When the Mayor came out from the meeting hall, he announced that the name of the city would compliment its roots from the 666s, and from Holyboy, and officially declared the city to be Devil's City/Angel's Music. Many times afterwords, the city was captured by both sides in numerous wars, but whenever the countries tried to change the name to either Devil's City or Angel's Music, the city would revolt, and sometimes perform violent acts in the city, something unacceptable in war time. After some time, the two nations got the hint, and always kept the name the same.

Why Is This City The Capitol?

When the negotiations for the United Socialist States of Holyboy and the 666s took place, one of the big issues was where the capitol of this new nation should be placed. Both nations of the Dominion of Holyboy and the Dictatorship of the 666s wanted their capitols in their respective countries. To compromise, Wendenol Flipin the Third suggested having the capitol right in the middle of the Disputed Territories However, when they looked for a city to be the capitol, they could not find a city big enough to support a massive inflation of population. However, when they were looking for the perfect city, they found this city, Devil's City\Angel's Music. What was special about this city was not only its size, but that it had the name worthy of both nations, with the split name. It was named the capitol of the nation, and still holds the Members of Parliment.
