Dmitri Greyemovich Khillianov (Zlevic: Dmitri Grĕĕmoviĉ Khillianóv (pro: khill-ianOV)) was the seventh Premier of Zedoljev since the Socialist Revolution, as well as one of the most respected and admired leaders of Zedoljev in modern times - he also is among one of the longest serviving leaders. Khillianov was attributed to the final success of the People's Republic of Zedoljev, steering the country out of economic mediocrity and into an extremely strong and powerful state, with high standing in the region. Khillianov forged particularly strong ties with the Federal Republic of Teral as well as many other nations that would technically be ideological enemies, not to mention strengthening ties with fellow left-wing states. The period of Khillianov's leadership has been classed as a "Golden Age" for Zedoljev, but unfortunately this ended in tragedy as Khillianov was among many leaders killed when the MuDeAl summit they were attending was struck by a nuclear warhead. Khillianov survived the initial attack, deep inside the complex at the time of the attack, but succumbed to his injuries shortly after.

He was posthumously given the title of "Glorious Comrade" and was buried in the hills of his home island, Yuree in the waters of Gagarin Bay. His birthday in the Evanovich Calendar (8th Yarkosti') is celebrated as a National Holiday.
