EVIL, refounded by Hamdonia on May 8th, 2006. The Realm of Hamdonia had served Evil as the U.N. Delegate for almost four years (while the region was without a founder all of that time), fending off multiple invasion attempts (none that succeeded) until the regional influence rules were put in place. At that time, Hamdonia refounded the region and has remained its leader ever since. There is no current information on the previous owner, or when it was first established. On 17th May, 2007, the fairly new Army of Evil, led by Major General Supercrazywackyland, siezed control of the region Region, Evil's first successful takeover.
