The Regional Delegate Of Evil.
The Empire of Shorak started small in mid-2005, arriving from a region called "The Burmuda Triangle", which, while filled with a handful of somewhat dastardly nations, was found to be too stale, and thus transferred quickly to the original EVIL, before the refounding and while Hamdonia was its delegate. While Shorak remained quiet as it learned the ropes and how to properly be what it means to be EVIL, the nation took power when it was decided to refound EVIL in order to more effectively defend it from potential invasions. Leading EVIL denizens to a temporary region known as "Not So Evil EVIL", Shorak was instrumental in the refounding, and when all returned to the new "Evil", it quickly and gratefully took the delegate position, serving under and alongside Hamdonia for over a year to come.
Currently, "Emperor Shorak" has been keeping a guiding hand on the slowly growing politics of Evil, and recently disbanded the invasion force due to growing failures.
