East Helghast

Under the rule of General Marnus East Helghast is now only a shatter husk of what it was before. Recently the major player in the former Royal Helghan Empire A turn of events have brought this nation to its knees. Formerly led by the charasmatic and intelligent General Octavian, They had strided leaps and bounds forward. His Death led to a power struggle which brought General Marnus to the fore. His army purges and brutal display of force have taken back many of the advances Octavian had brought forward.

Now East Helghast stands on the brink of destruction, only the amply use of the army and Support (in the form of weapons and "training advisors") keep this nation from completely collapsing. Unluckily for its people the General has no idea of his nations plight, being told only good news by his spinless and weak set of advisors.
