Edenburg is a geographically diverse country, being a peninsula it is surrounded on three sides by water, and isolating the country more is the Pyrenees mountains, which is between the Tyraelusian and Edenburgian border. The physical separation from the rest of the region has had its effect on Edenburg, it is much more continent like than many may realize.
Edenburg is divided into several land regions. Their is a narrow coastal plain along the Mediterranean. The soil is very rich in this region, and is suitable for agriculture, thanks to irrigation. The interior of the Country is a large high lying plateau, drier than the area on the coast. This Plateau called Schonesland is surrounded 2 mountain ranges. This region is cut by deep river valleys where sheep may be raised, and some cereals and vines may grow here. The Northern part of the country is rocky and with rich pastures dairy, and woodlands do well. The western parts of the country are lower than the central large plateaus are cut by river valleys and their are broader plains, suitible for growing.

Edenburg can be divided into many land and climate regions.
As their is very diverse land regions in Edenburg, the same goes for Climate Regions, in the North and West there is Maritime Climate, it is more mild than in the central and southern parts of the country, and recieves generous rainfall. In the central part of the country on the Schonesland, Summers are hot, and Winters are very cold, and but it is very dry in this region and it only receives about 20 inches of rain. On the Eastern Coast, it has a climate typical of the Mediterranean, with mild winters and dry hot summers.  In the south it is very dry except for in some river valleys, and because of Edenburg's close location to Africa, the southern part of the country away from the Mediterranean can be almost desert like.

Mediterranean Coastal Plain:  This region goes along the entire eastern and southern coast of Edenburg. It is a narrow plain where soil is rich and thanks to irrigation, many crops typical of the Mediterranean can be grown here. Including, dates, grapes, and oranges, which Edenburg is known for. This region also has a Mediterranean climate, with hot, dry summers, and mild winters, getting wetter the further north you go.
