Eduskuntar

The Eduskuntar is the Parliament (or Diet) of Pfinland. Members are elected by Proportional Representation to the Eduskuntar's 200 available seats every four years. The nature of 'PR' elections means that coalitions between the major parties are almost always required for a government to form.
The Eduskuntar is located in Torvoo, Pfinland's captial city.
