Queen Eleanor ni Ailil is the ruler of the Kingdom of Wintermore in the Empire of the Resurgent Dream. Queen Eleanor won her throne by force of arms during the War of Homecoming and her claim was acknowledged by the Treaty of Mutual Recognition. Eleanor has a reputation as an intriguer, constantly seeking power.
