Elspeth II

Daughter and heir to Ev'lyn the Second, of Rastaban. Her mother only served as queen for a year before passing on. The same year Ev'lyn passed, Elspeth gave birth to her youngest child, and only daughter. She named her Ev'lyn after the child's grandmother.
