Evgheny Melenciuc was coach of the Ariddian national football team from World Cup 29 to World Cup 32 included. He led the Rouge-et-Noirs to become World Champions for the first time ever in World Cup 32, and subsequently retired.
He did, however, accept the position of Vice President of the World Cup Committee, and, at the close of World Cup 33, became President of the Ariddian Football Association when Anna Teals retired from the position.
Melenciuc is of slightly below average height, and has dark hair and dark blue eyes. He speaks with an accent which reveals his immigrant background.
