The government of Exslaves is large, and changes constantly. Every man and woman in Exslaves has the chance to make their voice heard on the vast political forums, and the population as a whole is politicaly minded and tends to be vocal over most issues. The flexable government means that the nation itself is stable while its ideology is constantly changing. Revolution is simply a matter of showing the flaws of the current system and putting it to the public. Cutting through the burocracy is not easy for an individual, but large groups have little problem with red tape. The lack of money in the economy means that votes are not easy to buy.

The nation of Exslaves was founded by a multi national group of people who had emigrated from many represive regimes and areas. They were united by a small political group who had created a new form of Communism. The new ideals meant that, while people were still rewarded by merit, no-one was left unable to support themselfs. This lead to a nation where the majority of the population strive to enrich the community rather than fill their own pockets. While greed is still a driving force in the nation, it is most profitable for people to help the whole nation rather than just themselfs. This has lead to a near communist state.

Exslaves is a moderately large nation that rests in the Red Vs Blue region. It was founded as a liberal sanctuary, but was deemed unworkable, and so has been under constant flux, with political and social issues being argued constantly. There is no end in sight for the debates that rage over major issues.

Its military is geared towards high tech weapons and elite forces rather than weight of numbers. There is no conscription or draft, with the forces relying on the patriotism and loyalty of the population for their recruitment. Space exploration has been pushed forwards by the military as much as by the nations many scientists.

The population enjoys a great deal of support from the government, with only luxuries and extravigances being provided by the private sector. Money is rare, and most people use bartering systems.

There is no official religion of Exslaves; indeed the government no longer officialy recognises any religions at all. They allow people to follow whatever faith they want, but there is no case in which they will have to share this information unless they want to. The majority of the population are athiest due to the progressive education system, but there are some areas where there are still groups of people who are near fanatical about their faith. These areas are slowly breaking up.

History

The nation of Exslaves was founded by a multi national group of people who had emigrated from many represive regimes and areas. They were united by a small political group who had created a new form of Communism. The new ideals meant that, while people were still rewarded by merit, no-one was left unable to support themselfs. This lead to a nation where the majority of the population strive to enrich the community rather than fill their own pockets. While greed is still a driving force in the nation, it is most profitable for people to help the whole nation rather than just themselfs. This has lead to a near communist state.

The nation established its military 50 years after it was originaly founded. This was in responce to external threats. Once established, the military quickly progressed to use high technology rather than man power. While Exslaves has not to date been engaged in a war, it has assisted other nations in their moments of need.
