Federal Province

The Federal Province is home to the capital of Shinaria and also it's largest harbour and shipping port namely that of Port Shion.
The Federal Province is the only territory of Shinaria that is not a district. This is due to the fact of it is great political importance as well as economic.
23% of the population of Shinaria live inside the borders of the Federal Province.
