The United Dominion of Alliances of Shinaria is a massive, safe & economically powerful nation, notable for its compulsory military service. The tenet of free speech is held dear, the police have reaffirmed their tough stance on drugs and the nation has an international reputation for compassion.

The dead are minced up and sold to people in burger form, Shinaria's educational system is the envy of many and regarded as a pinnacle of educational achievement. Main battle tanks stalk the woods of Shinaria in search of Quetzalcoatl’s, children are raised bilingual from an early age and crime is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare.
