First cabinet Fløan

Cabinet Fløan was appointed by The Conservative Party's leader, Skatval, at 12. August 2007, after Skatval took the position as party leader in Nova Norway's Conservative Party. Cabinet Fløan was therefore not a result of an election, but a change of power within the leading party. The government will probably last until the next election at 10. October 2007. The distribution of the parliment (Alltinget) is the same as under Cabinet Nickelsen. However, the posistions within the government itself was a bit unlike the Cabinet Nickelsen.
